Return Window
We offer a 2-week return window. If our gear doesn’t meet your needs, you can return it.

Product Condition
We accept returns on products in the following conditions:

New: Unused and in original packaging.

Manufacturing Defect: Any product that fails to meet its functional specifications or perform as intended due to a flaw in materials, workmanship, or factory assembly. This does not include issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping & Fees

Return Label: The customer is responsible for all costs of return shipping.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Your return is processed at no additional cost to you beyond shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your item at our facility, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
